I have a problem finding an email in a shared mailbox under office 365 exchange, if I search for an email in the name of ''Raout'' in outlook no email appears if I do the same search in the web mail office , a dozen emails appear. I redid the indexing and a bit of everything I found in the FAQs but I can't solve this problem.
I reinstalled outlook 365 on another pc with the same account and the problem is the same.
Can you help me ?

J'ai un probleme de recherche de mail dans une boite mail partagée sous office 365 exchange, si je recherche un mail au nom de ''Raout'' dans outlook aucun mail n'apparait si je fait la meme recherche dans le web mail office, une dizaine de mails apparaissent. J'ai refait l'indexation et un peu tout ce que j'ai trouvé dans les FAQ mais je n'arrive pas à régler ce probleme.
J'ai réinstallé outlook 365 sur un autre PC avec le meme compte et le probleme est le meme.
