Outlook APP on Android phone.
user has created folders under inbox in outlook desktop app. Those folders also all have items.
If the user now opens the Outlook app on Android, he will see the folders, but the app will indicate that there are no items to display.
What have you already tried?
- account deleted and new added
- App deleted and added again
- MFCMAPI PR_Container_class checked, all are on IPF.Note
- Filter adjusted on the folder in the App, not resulting in showing the items
There are also folders in which not all mail can be viewed, for example a subfolder with 22 items, only 5 are displayed in the app, adjusting filters is not a solution
