Outlook Navigation Bar Moved to the left

Hello, 

Navigation Bar after the update moved to the left, and i can not change it back to the bottom, as Show Apps in Outlook option does not work at all (pelase see the screenshots attached).

The new feature and design makes the work with emails absolutely inconvinient and horrible.

Is there any possiblity to move the navigation bar to the bottom in this case?
