Hi, we are starting to look at enabling conversation mode in Outlook, and it seems that if the subject line is altered (besides FW: or RE:), then the conversation chain is broken and a new conversation is started.
I had a look around, and there is talk of a conversation ID that is used rather than the subject line. But from all of my testing, it looks like this isn't the case?
We are on Outlook 2016 with Exchange Online.
Has anyone had any different results regarding this?
