Categorisation of appointments (time reservations) created by Insights

I am trying out the Insights feature of Outlook, and think the idea of automatically generating activities/appointments for 'Focus Time' and 'Meeting preparations' are good. I would, however, like to make them more easy to spot in my calendar, by assigning them a category and potentially change their 'ShowAs' state to 'Tentative' rather than 'Busy'.

 

I have not found any setting for this in Insights, nor have I figured out how to create any kind of automation to achieve this, either in Outlook or using Flow/Power Automate. Does anyone have a good idea or example of how this could be done?

@KMKPaws There is not an option in Insights and Outlook can't do it automatically but you could use a macro to make the change - it could run on a schedule or you could run it manually.
