HELP make me crazy , Does anyone know how permanently delete an email from a rule ?
There is a rule that says " Delete" and one for "permanently delete" it seems fairly logical the difference but they both seem to perform the same.
Also the rule does not seem to work automatically i have to run the rule to make it work
I am getting repeated spam emails with same heading so i created rule to permanently delete it if received but they just keep coming into the deleted folder.
Any help would be appreciated
