I launch Outlook 2010 in Calendar view then open a separate window for Contacts and Tasks. The Tasks window opens up with 'To-Do List - Mailbox - My Name - Microsoft Outlook'. I was navigating around the To-Do List and noticed email messages were there. Some of them are years old. I tried to delete them but the click-shift click to grab a large number didn't work. Only thing that works is click and then I can remove one at a time via 'remove from list'. So two questions:
- how do I delete in bulk all the emails in the To-Do List view?
- how do I stop it from happening?
