outgoing email

My outgoing emails are showing on my laptop as being sent.  However, they are not showing on my phone.  They in fact have not been sent.

I just checked again. My phone shows that they have sent. It probably took 10 minutes. Why would this be?

Please follow the steps below to resolve your issue:

 

  1. Uninstall the Outlook application on your phone.

  2. Go to the Play Store or App Store, search for "Microsoft Outlook," and install the application.

  3. Attempt to log in to your email account.

  4. Restart your mobile phone.
