Copying an email and pasting as attachment

On the former version, it was very useful to be able to select an email from the list of the left, copy it (Ctrl+c) and then paste it (Ctrl+v) wherever needed: on another email as an attachment, on a folder to keep an audit trail, etc.

This doesn't seem possible now and even saving a message manually is way more tedious: you click on the three dots top right corner of the email> save and that downloads the message to the downloads folder, rather than letting you choose the folder.

Any possibility we go back to the old functionalities in this sense?
