One of our managers is insistent on using old Outlook for Windows. I guess because of how Outlook used to work, there were a ton of forwarding rules. I've been removing forwarding rules in favor of Shared Mailboxes across our tenant. So, for this person, it's resulting in them not being able to see ALL emails in one view.
Is there any sort of plug in or work around or hidden setting to show everything in one view like you can view All Accounts in 'new' Outlook?
Same applies for Outlook Online.
