Clear a single category using Quick Steps

Hi,

When I receive an email, several categories are assigned using Rules.

When an email is done I move it to reference folder using Quick Steps.

Question:

How do I remove a single category (two or three categories) assigned to an email (and leave rest of them) using Quick Steps?

Now it is possible to clear all categories.

I'm also waiting for an answer/solution from Microsoft.

Until now, I was solving it with 'Clear categories'. But now I came into a situation where I want to remove 1 category and keep the other categories.

You cannot remove only one category via rules natively. Create a script or an add-in to do that.

I have four categories. I want to set up a quick step to remove two of those categories. If that functionality isn't available through quick steps, that seems like an oversight or an enhancement that's long overdue.
