I have a problem, I hope that everyone can help me fix this problem.


I currently have 2 onedrive accounts, 1 personal account and business account. I don't remember if I did anything, currently my OneDrive account for Business is not able to login with the app on Windows (can log in to the web), when logging into the app, It shows a warning: "Your OneDrive has not been setup. For help, contact your IT department (Error Code: 0x8004e4f1)". Currently I don't know how to fix this situation, currently both my personal computers and my company's computers cannot log in to the App on Windows.


My Business account has Admin rights, but I don't know where it is to fix this problem, please help me to solve this problem.
