Encoding Video for best user experience on OneDrive

We moved from Box to OneDrive, and we find that our video codec is choppy when playing back large files on the OneDrive player. Is there a codec that is better than others so we can have a seamless experience? Maybe OneDrive is not meant for this?

AFAIK, ODFB Video player does not have specific code requirements
