I have a problem opening a .pptx file.
This file has several slides and many transitions and effects. When trying to open this file through the browser, it only displays this error that is attached.
I performed the tests on 8 different equipment and the same error is presented.
We are using the browsers: Edge, Firefox and Google Chrome and both are in the latest version.
This error is only displayed in online mode.
The file is opened normally by the Windows Microsoft PowerPoint App.
Has anyone had this problem?
