I have been stuck and I feel like I'm not getting any feedback or help. This issue I am having is becoming higher and higher priority as more and more users are being affected. I have have two related tickets and the first agent still hasn't responded and the second agent keeps ghosting me, so i have no idea what's going on. Is there a way to escalate these tickets an

Tell them that is affecting production users, business productivity - also get in touch with there managers, and secondary team mates - contact information is usually in the email @mattm1175

Actually you can. Ask them to escalate the issue to a Lead or an L@ who could help you.
