is not have installer. My problem this program use .cfg file saving settings. How to add msix package

Could you please clarify your question? Could you share more details on what the issue is?

This app does not look like a good candidate for MSIX, as you are probably going to want to change dates on files where you'd need VFS pathing to NOT kick in.
