Samsung Reminders app syncing with Microsoft To Do.. acting weird or normal?

Maybe its just me, but if I create a reminder in the Samsung Reminders app, it does appear on To Do, but To Do likes to change the date. I have a recurring reminder for every day at 9pm. This evening, the reminder came and went (fell asleep lol), and when I checked about an hour later, To Do moved the reminder to tomorrow. No indication of overdue or anything. The Samsung Reminder app had the reminder in red indicating overdue.

If I create a second daily reminder, when I complete it, sometimes To Do will skip a day. When I recreate it to see what the issue is, sometimes To Do will keep it the way it is. This seems inconsistent to me. Using To Do on Windows 11.
