Make overdue tasks more visible
I'm a heavy user of To Do, and despite using it every day for several months, I just found the Overdue list under Planned. This is a really important list for me, but burying it here make it much less accessible and valuable. I'd like to recommend two possible approaches to make overdue tasks more visible: Add an "Overdue" smart list to the sidebar, at the same level as Important, Assigned to Me, etc. Have an option to show overdue tasks in My Day similar to the current option for Due Today tasks.Ben_WyattDec 18, 2024Microsoft4.8KViews14likes3CommentsTo Do steps don't sync with Classic Outlook tasks
Many of us (millions?) are never going to give up Classic Outlook because of all its useful features. I have added hundreds of steps in To Do but they don't sync over to Classic Outlook tasks. Please fix this. Even better...sync the My Day list while you're at it!DrKylieDec 14, 2024Copper Contributor14Views0likes0CommentsSearching for TO DO tasks in Outlook
I feel like I must be missing someting and have searched through posts but can't find the answer. I have been using Microsoft To Do (and love it). But now that it is available via Outlook, I can't seem to search my tasks. Any advice? I have used the search bar at the top, which brings up emails, but not tasks. Thank you.traceyg22Dec 12, 2024Brass Contributor14KViews10likes24CommentsDue date shifts one day back from original entry
According to various past posts [ https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/due-dates-in-tasks-changes-to-the-day-prior/23e6168f-7eab-4219-92e9-82130788d28b ], the due date in the To Do grid view shifts back one day compared to the original due date entered, which continues to show correctly in list view. Has this been fixed ? In the downloaded version of To Do, there is no grid view, only the list view. However, when using an Outlook email account in the Emclient desktop email app, the due date does slip back one day on the Emclient recurrence form, but not on the Emclient task list. This implies that something in the Microsoft To Do software is still shifting the due date back by one day under some conditions. I am not on 365, so I cannot test whether 365 still shifts the grid view due date back by one day, compared to the original and correct list view date. Can someone on 365 check this out?TF_950Dec 09, 2024Copper Contributor5Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft To Do Tasks Disappeared
Hello, I used to have ~100 tasks in my To-Do application these days. As of yesterday, they have been reduced to ~50. Multiple tasks disappeared from various lists (the lists are all intact). I rely on To-Do a lot and that's why I have it on 2 Windows PCs, 3 iOS devices and 1 Android. All are synced to the ~50 baseline, which as of yesterday, since to be my as-is in Microsoft's servers. All 6 applications (in all 3 different platforms), are on To-Do version 2.55 (latest one as we speak today). Of course I have uninstalled/re-installed, log-out/in, and changed passwords to my Office 365 account several times, with no effect. When I visited the web app, to check the situation, my tasks were not deleted (i.e. reduced from ~100 to ~50), but I noticed, that these ~100 tasks, were not exactly my latest update (i.e. I have seen tasks here and there that I have recently closed, or changed that were not reflected in the web app). But at least the heavy reduction from ~100 to ~50 was not done (some hope there). But when I signed out and signed it again (always in the web app), then I saw all these tasks disappearing from here as well. So now, all 6 apps (Windows, iOS and Android), plus the web app, are ALL SYNCHORNIZED to this ~50 tasks baseline, which as of yesterday, seems to be my new as-is in Microsoft's servers. The disappeared messages are not in deleted tasks folder of Office365/Outlook, etc. They are totally gone. Can anyone support me, or suggest something to me ? Thank you!ViterbiDec 16, 2024Copper Contributor89KViews5likes74CommentsSynchronisation of ToDo

On my mobile (androide), there are 4777 tasks, everything OK. So why are so different numbers of tasks?LeukermoserDec 05, 2024Copper Contributor24Views0likes0CommentsBookings Help
Hello, I am currently trying to make a bookings page on Bookings. I am having trouble with having my staff's available meeting times being accurately represented in the preview page of our bookings site. For example, I have myself and four other people; I have set my available time for 9-11 am on Mondays, and my other member has theirs from Thursday 3-5 pm, but they show up as unavailable. I have been playing around trying to figure it out, but I cannot.AmyTKDec 02, 2024Copper Contributor3Views0likes0CommentsCan I send an email into To Do and have it become a task
