Microsoft To Do login issue and missing tasks across platforms
Hello, I'm currently experiencing a serious issue with the Microsoft To Do app on Android. Suddenly, it started prompting me to log in again. After logging in, it goes into an endless loading loop and keeps asking me to log in repeatedly. I tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I then checked the PC version of the app, and strangely, none of my To Do lists were visible. When I accessed the web version, it just says “Preparing your lists...” but nothing ever loads. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? For context, I did recently make some changes to my account’s security settings—wondering if that might be related. Thanks in advance for any help!
Missing Categories in Microsoft To Do Apps: Any Updates?
Hello everyone, I've been using the Microsoft To Do app and wanted to discuss an issue regarding the category/tag functionality in task lists. Recently, Microsoft introduced an update allowing the addition of customizable tags to each task within a list. I have successfully configured and assigned these categories via the web interface using a browser. However, I noticed that the categories/tags assigned through the web do not appear in the Microsoft To Do apps for Android, iOS, and Microsoft Store. This makes it challenging to find specific tasks when using these apps. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there any update on when this functionality will be synchronized with the mobile and Microsoft Store apps? Thanks in advance for your help!
"Sticky" capability in MS To-DO
Is there a way to make the MS To-Do lists "sticky" to my desktop? It would be great to have this feature like we do have with Sticky Notes, where I can see multiple lists outside the MS To-do app and sticked to my background. Now I find myself copy the content of my MS To-DO into a sticky note just to have in front of my eyes
Entire Task List Lost
Last week, I had been working most of the day, when my entire task list was suddenly lost. There is nothing. No completed tasks, no in progress, none of the recurring ones. Everything is gone, and this is going to really disrupt my work for... who knows how long. Is there any way to get them back?
To Do keeps asking to sign back in to keep using it
I have a problem on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra) with To Do app (version 2.143.935.02). It started constantly sending me push notifications "Sign back in to myaccount to keep using To Do". When I tap on it, it stays on the circling thing that indicates that something is loading and then throws me to the default screen and on and on it goes. I already tried to clear the cache, delete the app data, uninstall and reinstall it, but nothing works. I even tried and logged in through the web version of To Do and it doesn't show my lists and tasks as well. It is also stuck on loading tasks state. Does anyone have the same issue? Has anyone solved it? I sent the logs to the developers, but I don't whether anyone is trying to solve this.Microsoft To Do login issue and missing tasks across platforms

!!!!!!! how to Create a To Do from Microsoft Edge???? Is this really not an option??
I am a wee bit frustrated, there HAS TO BE a way to save a web page in MS Edge into To Do, I have searched high and low and the only thing I can find are third party edge extensions. Anyone have insight or a work around? its driving me CRAZY!!
Phantom notifications for a deleted task.
I had a recurring task (once weekly) that I deleted. I deleted the whole thing, the task doesn't exist anymore and doesn't re-occur. However, I still get the MacOS push notifications every week telling me I have that task due. If I click the alert it opes ToDo but doesn't go to the task (it can't, since it doesn't exist!). If I mark it as complete from the notification then next week the push notification arrives again. Somewhere in the backend the notification push didn't get deleted when the task was deleted and now I can't get rid of this notification! It's not device specific, the alert is pushed to any device I'm signed into with ToDo. Does anyone have a suggestions as this really irks me.
