Updates app in Microsoft Teams

I got try to use the apps for my company daily attendance 
It cannot show out the result that submit by other user, if want to see the result need to click into the user one by one
But I got saw other user from internet the result will store at the MS Forms, but mine won't work it, is it can anyone help on this?

Because what I found the information about this Updates app is the review and the result that submit will save in the MS Forms, but mine won't save into the MS Forms
And it cannot directly show the result that the user submit, is it need to open one by one to see the result?

But this can just set the options cannot let user enter the text right?

What do you mean with this? It is to view the results the update requests will be coming into the user activity feed
