Performance Reviews with Microsoft owned app

What application is the best to use for doing Performance Reviews inside of Teams? I am using forms right now to make it run but would updates be a better choice? Can someone share with me what they are using in Teams for employee performance reviews?

Microsoft Teams itself doesn’t have a built-in application specifically designed for performance reviews.

Microsoft Forms is the most popular choice for Microsoft Teams performance reviews (from Microsoft Owned Apps).

From third-party apps Teamflect is the most poular one.
