We have some users who have migrated from Unified Messaging to Azure voicemail (in Teams). When they attempt to use the text-to-speech customized greeting option, only the existing recording plays. They can record a new greeting which works, but TTS is never played.
Thoughts?

@computerpaul-workyour users need to go into Message Center and delete the recorded greeting. Select the option to re-record your greeting and then select the option to remove it and use the default greeting. I'm writing this from memory so the steps might be a little different.

@Doug Lee I'm not sure what you mean by Message Center, but when they go to configure there voicemail settings, it doesn't show an existing recording exists. I believe this is because it's still somehow connected to the Exchange UM mailbox.

SolutionIn Teams I select Settings->Calls->Configure voicemail->Record a greeting.
That calls the "message center" and allows me to "Change your personal greeting".
Then I select "Play and record personal greeting."
Then I select "delete and use default greeting."
I can do the same for "Play and record your greeting for when you're away."
I hope this works for you.
