Teams Voice - redirecting a call queue

we have a team that no longer wishes to receive calls on their call queue- and wish all calls get diverted to another queue.

what's the easiest way to redirect calls from that old extension to another extension, eg.call came in on extension 7000 and now if someone rings XX XXXX 7000 it goes straight to another existing call queue, eg extension 8000.  so all 7000 calls get answered by 8000, as well as 8000 still receiving their old calls

@Elwyn1970 I think the tidiest solution would be to remove the resource account (which has the number attached) from the original call queue and add it to the the target call queue. A queue can have multiple resource accounts and numbers associated with it.

 

This way you aren't redirecting, simply have two numbers feeding the same queue.
