Teams Channel - How to automatically move the files post to a folder?

Hello everyone,

In the Team Channel when someone sends a file in the Post area, it automatically is stored inside the File area, but this will make the File sharing Area confusing.

I was wondering if there is a way to store them automatically inside a folder instead, for example a folder named FileChat_2024, in which all the files received during the year 2024 are moved.

Hello,
You could set up a flow with Power Automate to move the files to a folder, at the moment setting the folder where to save new files does not come as a feature.
