Has MS released this feature yet? We have a help desk and would love to see all the incoming phone calls in the different Queues. I think at one time Microsoft called it a Collaborative Queue, but I don't see that option.
Also there is not a way yet to add a Channel for a specific Call Queue, so ALL MEMBERS of the call queue can see incoming calls and their status (answered / missed / etc.)
It would be nice for a supervisor to know how many calls are in a queue, how many calls have been answered or missed in Real-Time.
