Teams admin - force pin a specific team for all users at the top

Is it possible as a teams admin to make a policy or something else, that forces a specific team to allways be at the top, or remove the option to hide the team?

Afaik there is no such setting, users are in control of the ordering of Teams/hiding/unhiding them.
