Paid subscription but it won't allow me access Teams

My company has paid extra for Microsoft Teams Essentials and they have assigned the subscription to my email address. However, when I try and log in it says that 'You don't have the required permissions to access this org'.

There is no way of contacting support and when my colleague who set this up does contact MS, she is told that everything should be working okay - but it's not!
