Long pause on voicemail

Hi there

We have set up an autoattendant with transfer to voicemail.

Between the end of the outgoing message and the 'beep' there is about a 20-30 second pause.

We've added to the message to expect a pause but it is a very long time and we are worried people will hang up.

Any ideas why its so long and how to fix this?

I'm seeing the same thing on mine, really need this to work properly.  I tried recording a longer message, but it still leaves this pregnant pause at the end.

On reflection, i sort of see why this is happening. The message is being uploaded as a first level greeting (not an actual voicemail message). The auto attendant then passes it to your group voicemail, hence the delay. I think the real issue is we really need the option to be able to change the automated message on a Office 365 group email.
