Long pause on voicemail
Hi there
We have set up an autoattendant with transfer to voicemail.
Between the end of the outgoing message and the 'beep' there is about a 20-30 second pause.
We've added to the message to expect a pause but it is a very long time and we are worried people will hang up.
Any ideas why its so long and how to fix this?

- Scott_FullerCopper ContributorOn reflection, i sort of see why this is happening. The message is being uploaded as a first level greeting (not an actual voicemail message). The auto attendant then passes it to your group voicemail, hence the delay. I think the real issue is we really need the option to be able to change the automated message on a Office 365 group email.

I'm seeing the same thing on mine, really need this to work properly. I tried recording a longer message, but it still leaves this pregnant pause at the end.
