Please i need your help on this issue.

We are having issues with teams chat history

The  last time the chat updated was one-month ago

User or .org settings, check. Go to Teams Administration. Open a new tab to search Microsoft research of regional for latest Teams app offered, check settings. You may need to update the rollout for the new app at .org settings.
