Force Preregistration

How do you force attendees to register before they are able to attend a meeting. Basically I need attendees to register where I need specific information from them for reporting purposes. And if they do not provide this information, they would not be able to attend.

Is there a way to have them when clicking on Join, then it immediately takes them to a form to fill in certain information, only once they have captured this information, will they be able to join the session?

Hi @carlopret - have you tried out the 'Require Registration' option? 

It will only be available when creating a meeting from Teams. Here's some more info on the feature: Schedule a meeting with registration in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

@Kelly_Edinger Yes, however, invitees are still able to join without having to access the register link.
