We have had an employee leave who used to be in charge of sending out the Approvals requests, now when looking at the Approvals that have been 'approved' and which were initially sent by this employee we can no longer open any attachments included within those Approval requests as it says that we do not have authorisation - this is only happening with the requests from this mentioned employee.
Is there a way of viewing these old attachments?
