This might have been asked and answered but I have not found it yet. I have a user that is an administrator, however she cannot start or 'host' one of the meetings she set up and wants to assign it to someone else. Is that possible? Thanks for the information.

Solution@Bradley Allison Not sure if you are talking about Teams call or Teams Live Event,
for the Teams Calls if the person is the owner of the call he/She will be able to start it normally for others there is an option if they can bypass the lobby or not, even you can restrict people from your organization to deny bypass on them until the owner start/allow them in the meeting.
checking your Meeting option will give you clear idea.
