Does disabling Stream stop access to videos via direct or embedded links?

I would like to know if after disabling Stream using this method: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/streamnew/migration-settings#disable-stream-classic does this also prevent users accessing Stream Classic videos using direct or embeded links?

@giannib -> short answer is no the video will not be accessible. I asked the same question on the Community calls meeting last week and yes, once Stream Classic is turn off, accessing the videos link will require the user to login and since the user interface is turn off, they won't have access to the videos.
