Admin access to stream classic content after Oct 15?

After October 15th, can Admins still generate inventories and/or migrate videos?  We didn't migrate 100% of our videos so I'm just trying to prepare if someone comes forward to request an old video in the immediate future.

Yes, admins can still access the portal, migration tool and generate reports.
