I recently conduted a Net promoter score (NPS) survey using MS forms, while promoters were 12, passives were just 01 and detractors = 00 (Nil);
Yet it shows the NPS as 92. Shouldn't it be 100 as per the NPS formula i.e. % of Promoters - % of detractors?
Can someone please clarify? Thanks in advance.
