HELP: MS Forms and Wix Integrations

Copper Contributor

We are building a subscription based survey platform on Wix and am seeking to understand if MS Forms can integrate and create the following user experience:

- User signs up on Wix, subscribes via Wix payments

- Inputs personal data, company, industry, areas of responsibility etc.

- These inputs are stored so user does not need to complete each log in

- User is required to complete X surveys per month, and

- Then surveys are aggregated and reports are shared, ideally filtered by

- Industry, or geography, or other filters (from subscribe data)

- And archive reports available

Is this possible? If so, how?

Thanks for your insights.

@Simon_4xi You can't do any of this with Forms on its own, it's just a simple form/survey submission app. But with Power Automate and SharePoint you can do something quite good. I assume the users are all external to your organisation. Initially a user would submit a form with their email, company and industry which would be saved by a flow in Power Automate to a "user" list. Then they would submit a different form for each survey but would always need to input their email address each time as Forms cannot look up or pre-populate data. A flow could then get their data from the user list and add that info and the survey response into a "survey" list in SharePoint and send the user a confirmation email of what they submitted. Your survey list could then be colour-coded, filtered etc in the normal way with SharePoint.
