Form\Survey not coming to me (the creator), can it?

I created a survey for my department and sent it as an invitation using our Outlook email group for our department.   Everyone got it, except me. 

I even went in and told it to collect more responses and invited me specifically.  Still didn't get.

Can it not send a survey to the creator?

There is no such limitation in Microsoft Forms. My suspicion is that the notification somehow got blocked by your mailbox. Check your junk folder to see if it's in there.
