user defined fields dont´t show in email to provider

Hi Community,

 

we have several user-defined fields for our services.

The email to the customer shows all these filled out fields. Unfortunaltelly the email to the provider  doesn´t have this information.

Is there a way to get the user-defined field information into the email to the provider? I know the information is in the calender, but i need it in an email for further automation.
