We recently moved from 10to8 to Bookings, and the feature we miss most was being able to have a feed showing appointments booked, which we pulled into Slack. We have a policy of one meeting per week, and this enabled us to keep tabs on who was booking meetings across our team, and also helped staff let other staff know about context in the event a meeting was booked with a different person who initially was helping with the issue that lead to the booking.
Is there some way we could create something similar with Bookings?
