View Microsoft Project files without a license

Hi - We have a licensed Project 2019 Pro user that has created an .mpp file.

She wants to share this file (read-only) with other staff in the organization.

If I navigate to projects.microsoft.com I see the following:

But I can't figure out how I can actually open and view a project file (.mpp).

I do have admin privileges...any ideas?

We do have Office 365 E1, but I cannot view project files.
