I just completed an Office 365 tenant to tenant migration, now the skype presence is greyed out for all users who have been migrated.
How do I go about troubleshooting this?

It was migrated into an existing tenant that has been running for a while who is also using skype.
The client they are using is Skype.
I'm sure what you mean by "upgrade mode"?
