Hi,
Ia there any way to reset user's password on Office 365 where Azure AD connect implemented and syncing password from On-premise AD to Office 365 ?
Please Suggest.

You can reset it just fine. But, the next time the user changes his password on-premises, or a Full password sync is run, the password you set in O365 will be overwritten.

I know that, that's why looking for options / work arounds , if any ?

Hi Techsol, password writeback allows Azure AD to write passwords back to your On-premise AD. For your end-users, they can use this self-service password reset from Password Reset Portal. Also, for detailed reference you may visit this link.

Hi Techsol.
From what I understand if you don't have Password Writeback and the required Azure AD Premium subscriptions then you cannot manage user credentials from Office 365 as they will be overwritten by the Directory Synchronization.
