OCM for MAC not showing up Please help....

I upgraded to Premium Business, the "ribbon/icon" (or whatever they call it) never appeared next to the Microsoft store button in outlook.  We are past the "grace period" and nothing.  I reached out to support via "chat" and they sent me link to here.  I searched discussions and can't find how to get OCM onto my MAC.  I access office 365 online.  I am the "admin" so there are no restrictions.
