Hello - I am having the most awful and frustrating experience with MS Support. I bought a Volume License subscription of MS Project Online Professional, managed by MSoft. My Office 365 volume license is managed by partner account GoDaddy. Now the handshake between MSoft and GoDaddy is failing and I cannot see the Project Pro in my account.
Multiple calls between GoDaddy and MSoft Tech Support yielded no result. It has been more than 96 hrs I am still not seeing the product in my account. The tkt is 15034624. Every time the call is transferred to somewhere in India, and those folks have absolutely no clue on the problem, and I am tired of repeating the same problem over and over again.
Problem still unresolved. I've spent more than $2000 in effort hrs trying to get this addressed.
Can anyone @supportmcbundus help?

@ari4frnds Hello! The account you have tagged is unaffiliated with Microsoft. Sorry to hear you had this issue. Hopefully it is resolved soon.
