Microsoft 365 license

I have purchased Microsoft 365 Family and after installing it on my lap-top, I keep receiving messages that there is a problem with license and that I should get the genuine product.

For several times I tried to re-install Microsoft 365 (even by using Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365), but the message keeps on popping-out few days after re-installation.

Before I installed 365 for the first time I did have a version that was not genuine. Before first installation of 365 I did not delete the old version.
