Good morning everybody,
I am trying to make my SP list so that users can only edit the rows that are there through my user form. I would like to make it so that they cannot add any new items at all, which include the new item button at the top of the list, and the add new + button for columns and rows. My form also loads but does not load into an edit mode which makes it confusing for the user. I also need to make it so that the user form loads into an edit mode.
This list I have is a list of instructions for an engineering department. This list is tracking the review dates and managers reviewing, so I need it easy for them to use or they will just give up. They are also not very tech savvy so locking it down is necessary because if I do not, they will start creating a bunch of new list items that I do not want, like new columns and rows! lol.
