Delagate Access O365

I have a client that has delegate access to another users email account. When the delegate deletes an email on their side, the owner of the delegated email account still shows the email in their inbox. The delegate has Send on Behalf permissions, and Read and Manage (Full Access) permissions. Is there a way for the delegate to delete an email and it move the email to the deleted folder for both the delegate and the owner of the delegated mailbox?

Not quite get it, btw, 'Editor' permission may cover change and deleted item

@Kidd_IpIt does not, I am guessing as the person that has delegate access has editor access and when they move an email to the delete folder, it still does not move on the delete folder on the mailbox owners account.
