PSTs from a user OneDrive to Azure blog storage

Is there a way to copy PSTs from a user OneDrive to Azure blog storage and then I can import to user's mailbox.

Are you saying mount a PST file located in Blog storage from Outlook ?

Hello, I would create a new Outlook profile with the PST email account and import it directly from the computer.
