LawToolBox also has an add-in for Outlook which utilizes new AI features, powered by Azure OpenAI, that can extract handwritten deadlines from documents and add them to Outlook calendars. Another way they are using AI to improve their products is by updating their app for Microsoft Teams with natural language capabilities, enabling users to inquire about weekly deadlines, recent matters, find other team members who have time to respond to deadlines and tasks, and reschedule meetings through simple conversational inputs.
